Saruktavali

Saruktavali, written by Pandit Hardyal Ji in 1833, is a key text in Sikh scholarship and forms part of the curriculum in various Sikh traditions. It explores the dual nature of scriptural study, emphasizing that access to knowledge should be earned through merit, not birthright. The text remains influential among the Damdami Taksal, Nirmalas, Seva Panthis, and Udasis.
